About Raiva Foundation

“Raiva Foundation” has been created on the 4^th day of August 2017 and a deed of trust in this regard has been executed in the office of the D.S.R Khurda (BBSR) VIDE Document No- 1081708566 dt.04/08/2017, registered in book No- 4, Volume No. 410.

Raiva Trust believes in envisioning a platform capable of device strategies among diverse stakeholders towards achieving gender equity, women empowerment, and sustainable development goals. The goal of making Odisha a Viksit state of India, Raiva Foundation strategic partnerships with multi-stakeholders will engage in the multidisciplinary and intersectional development approaches to respond to the rural and urban communities. In terms of gender inequality gaps, it was evident that the overall score pull-down factors are the perceived challenges in political empowerment (GGGR-WEF 2025). Hence, Raiva Foundation (Trust) advancing inquiry-based community engagement, entrepreneurship skill development, and leadership promotion on a more culturally complex gender subjectivity is a prerequisite.

To promote collaborative and multidisciplinary community engagement across cultural and geo-political boundaries for happiness and well-being in Odisha.
To demonstrate skills and intellectual insights sufficient to engage with the complexities of eliminating gender inequalities and livelihood promotion.
To amplify voices of women and the marginalized communities for leadership and inclusiveness.

To develop as a collaborative platform for advancing strategic partnerships towards achieving sustainable development goals, gender equity, and empowerment of the communities in Odisha, India.

Our Objectives

To organize and invest in the community engagement for achieving health, happiness, and well-being in Odisha.
To serve, inspire and amplify gender scholarship through education and women leaderships.
To promote and implement environmental and biodiversity conservation, climate smart agricultural mechanization, and organic farming to close the gender gaps.
To device innovation in the traditional indigenous skill among various artisans and craftsperson in the communities of Odisha, India with moder design in the cottage industry sector to meet the market demands.
To undertake socio-economic development activities through livelihood promotion programme.
To promote the digital and financial literacy, and micro-entrepreneurship skills capable of encouraging inclusive participation and employability.
To establish a gender resource centre to promote multidisciplinary and intersectionality research, advocacy, planning efficient to demonstrate gender equity, capabilities, and their representation in the political empowerment.
