Raiva Foundation (trust) promotes and implements environmental and biodiversity conservation, climate smart agricultural mechanization, and organic farming among farmers in Odisha on closing the gender gaps.

1. To work towards the promotion of the ecology and biodiversity conservation of the area.
2. To create awareness among communities and stakeholders especially youth and women to protect, preserve and manage existing forest under joint Forest Management Act..
3. To organize social forestry programmes and to make plantation in the waste lands, village roads and encourage the gender participation in conservation and management.
4. To create awareness among the forest dwellers, tribal, youth and promote their indigenous food, medicinal plants, agroforestry and horticulture cultivation, plantation, and protection of the forest.
5. To take demonstration projects for eco-regeneration of degraded areas in the field.
6. To manage environmental research projects aimed at studying the impact of human activities in the bio-sphere and vice versa.
7. To develop renewable energy projects, Small solar and photovoltaic, wind, and biomass and biogas power schemes.
8. To do all acts for rain Water Harvesting.
