Raiva Foundation (Trust) connects gender specialists and development experts, contribute towards action, experimental, experiential research to demonstrate skills and intellectual insights.

1. To undertake action research, Participatory Rural Appraisal, innovation in design and production process, network, marketing, including development of reports, visual media documentary, publications, and other appropriate activities jointly with government institutions on rural development, Panchayatiraj, women and child development, agriculture, forestry and infrastructure development, communities, experts, business house under CSR fund.
2. To impart gender sensitization training, capacity building training, leadership enhancement training, happiness programme to inspire, narrate, and amplify issues relating to gender and women’s participation and scholarship about discrimination, segregation, exclusions, and inclusive growth;
3. To promote advocacy and networking for enlarging the understanding among multidisciplinary stakeholders about the diversity and complexities of the context and better professional practice in the areas of social work, social services and allied professional fields.
4. To organize different training activities for the grass root level worker to raise their efficiency and skill.
